I don’t actually hang up my ties anymore. I roll them up like socks and chuck them into a corner, because I don’t wear ties to work nowadays. I don’t roll up my socks, I just throw them into a drawer. Pairing them up in the morning is fun because I haven’t yet had my coffee and my hand-eye-coordination is zero.
Today’s comic is based on an idea I had almost a year ago. I remembered the idea because of this comic by James Spence. James is creator of The Cat Comic, a site for cat-lovers and cat-haters alike, because the lil’ furballs there are portrayed both as cute fuzzy companions and diabolical plotters.
Thursdays are Tijuana Shorts: Comics which feature the regular cast but are non-canon, deal with off-topic themes and may even break the 4th wall. They are noticeably shorter comics with toned-down art and less panels. Get used to them! Tijuana Regular resumes on Monday.

Haha! Many thanks for the plug and I’m thrilled that the Rocco comic reminded you of this comic. I love it when a forgotten idea resurfaces. It’s like a little surprise you’ve left yourself buried in the time-capsule of your own mind!
Yup, and it saves me time from having to think of a new idea.
Well at least it wasn’t the witch.
Nope, it’s just a lion whose dietary habits we’re unsure of.
Hahaha! I can’t even imaging the places one could travel from my “well-maintained” apartment!
Lol well remind me not to visit you then
Kiddin’.
Well, you know what they say about imposing fairytales in a closet don’t ya?!?
That would scare the crap out of me if that lion was anywhere NEAR my room – or closet!
At least it wasn’t the Ice Queen. Or a mace-wielding Minotaur.
I could have Narnia in my closet too, but It could’ve been sealed off by all of my boxes left over from moving day
Could’ve been worse–at least he didn’t wind up with the closet from Poltergeist…
